“Nice abdominal crease there 🔥 😍👏”
Rita Ora is still finding time to hit the gym even with her packed schedule. The “Body On Me” singer has been spending time in Australia, where she recently attended the Being the Ricardos premiere. (Oh and she also released a new music video for her song with Sam Feldt.) And in a new Instagram photo dump, Rita posted a series of snaps and videos from her latest workout—as if she weren’t busy enough!
Rita, 31, wore a set that included high-waisted leggings and a sports bra that showed off her totally toned abs. (She also rocked an amazing pink and orange eyeshadow look. How she pulled that off during a workout, IDK.)
In one of the vids, she and her workout buddy are doing chest presses while in a bridge position on a weight bench. “One of those days….I guess 👩‍🎤🧜‍♀️ #followme,” she captioned the post.

And her followers are loving her gym vibes: “Get it!” said a super fan. “You are a WHOLE vibe 👏👏🔥,” wrote another. “Nice abdominal crease there 🔥 😍👏,” chimed an admirer.
To stay fit, Rita works with personal trainer Jono Castano, who shared more about their workout deets with the Daily Mail: “With Rita, we might focus on HIIT cardio training in the first half of the week, then core and upper body in the middle, and lower body at the end,” Castano said.
In April, she got in a workout with him that included weighted knee hanging raises:

And in May, she got in another grueling sweat sesh:

For an effective workout, Rita relies on circuit training. “I do circuit training. I usually work out for one or two hours, depending on how much time I have,” she previously told Shape. “I do three circuits and repeat that three times. I mostly focus on my thighs and my bum, so I do a lot of squats and weight lifting. And I do one circuit of cardio.”
“What I’ve learned is that you can take your time with training,” Rita told Shape. “You don’t have to beat yourself up as long as you get in the workouts that you need. I used to push myself until I felt sick. But I’m approaching it differently now. I enjoy working out. And I like the aftermath—that feeling of contentment.”
Rita will also mix things up with a yoga workout once in a while, as evidenced here:

As for her diet, Rita eats balanced meals and shared her meal plan with Shape: “In the morning, I have two boiled eggs, asparagus, and half a cup of muesli with almond milk,” she said. “For lunch, I have chicken or fish with vegetables. And for dinner, I have six to eight ounces of fish with vegetables and half a potato. Plus snacks. I don’t eat bread or sugar.”
But she also treats herself occasionally and relies on portion control. “I watch what I eat but I just cut my portions in half,” Rita shared with Cosmopolitan. “So if I want a burger I’ll just cut it in half and eat half of it. That or I’ll take the bread off and only eat the burger. Or if I want fries then I won’t have a burger to go with them.”
It’s all about balance, girl!
